The Maryland Association of Soil Conservation Districts (MASCD) is a statewide nonprofit organization that represents Maryland’s 24 local soil conservation districts. Its mission is to promote natural resource conservation, support sustainable agriculture, and advance soil and water conservation practices through advocacy, education, and coordination among districts and state partners.
