The Minority Cannabis Business Association (MCBA) is a national nonprofit trade association founded in 2015 to advance equal access, economic empowerment, education, and policy advocacy for minority cannabis businesses and communities most impacted by cannabis prohibition.
Cannabis equity and social equity policy, licensing access, expungement and criminal justice reform, small business and entrepreneurship support, fair implementation and enforcement of cannabis laws, and local/state/federal cannabis industry policy
Primarily supported by membership dues, sponsorships, event revenue, and partnerships
Board leadership and cannabis equity advocates; closely associated with minority cannabis entrepreneurs and allied industry organizations through partnerships and trade association networks
