Montco NORML is a local Pennsylvania chapter of NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, focused on educating the public and advocating for marijuana law reform. NORML’s broader mission is to legalize responsible adult use of marijuana and to protect consumers through sensible cannabis policy.

Primarily supported by membership dues and donations, including support through the broader NORML network.
