NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, is a national professional membership organization representing addiction counselors, educators, and other addiction-focused health care professionals. Its mission is to lead, unify, and empower addiction-focused professionals through education, advocacy, standards of practice, ethics, professional development, and research.
Addiction prevention, treatment, recovery support, workforce development, professional licensure and certification, ethics and standards of practice, public and private reimbursement for treatment services, and increased funding for substance use disorder treatment, prevention, intervention, and recovery support.
