The National Alliance for Care at Home is a national trade association representing providers and stakeholders in home health, hospice, palliative care, Medicaid HCBS, and related home-based services. Its mission is to advocate, educate, convene, and connect the care-at-home community to improve access to high-quality, person-centered care wherever people call home.
Healthcare delivery and reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid policy, hospice and palliative care, home health, home care, workforce sustainability, regulatory and program integrity issues, and access to home-based care services.
Primarily funded by membership dues and related association revenue from providers and stakeholders in the care-at-home sector.
Formed by the affiliation of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO).
