About the Organization

The National Apartment Association (NAA) is a national trade association representing the rental housing industry, including owners, developers, property management firms, and suppliers. Its mission is to support and advance the apartment housing industry through advocacy, education, and research while promoting responsible rental housing practices.

Policy Goals

Housing and rental market regulations, landlord-tenant law, fair housing compliance, tax policy affecting multifamily housing, housing finance, eviction procedures, property management standards, building codes, and workforce development for the rental housing industry.

Funding

Membership dues, conference and event revenue, educational programs, sponsorships, and industry partnerships.
