The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) is the U.S. trade association representing asphalt producers, paving contractors, material suppliers and allied businesses; it advocates for improved pavement performance, advances research and best practices, promotes safety and workforce development, and works to secure public investment in quality asphalt infrastructure.
Federal and state transportation funding and surface transportation authorization, pavement design and materials specifications, pavement preservation and maintenance programs, recycling and sustainability practices (including warm‑mix and reclaimed asphalt), construction and worker safety standards, workforce development and training, and tax and regulatory policies affecting the paving industry.
