NAIFA Washington is the state chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors representing insurance agents and financial advisors across Washington state. The organization provides member education, networking, professional development and advocacy aimed at promoting ethical practice and protecting the role of insurance and financial advisors in consumers' financial plans.
Advocates on state insurance regulation and licensing, advisor professional standards and continuing education, market access and consumer protection related to insurance and retirement products, tax and retirement policy affecting advisors and clients, and regulatory issues that affect how advisors deliver insurance and financial services.
Primarily funded by member dues, event registration and sponsorships, with additional revenue from education programs and occasional grants or donations.
