The National Citrus Nursery Association (NCNA) is a U.S.-based membership organization founded in 2020 to support and unify citrus nursery growers nationwide. Its mission is to promote best practices, strengthen collaboration among stakeholders, and advocate for fair and effective federal and state regulations that ensure the production and interstate movement of clean, disease-free citrus nursery stock.
Plant health and quarantine regulations, interstate movement of citrus nursery stock, USDA APHIS regulatory policy, disease prevention including Huanglongbing (HLB) management, nursery certification standards, and sustainable citrus production practices.
Membership dues and federal grant support, including funding through USDA APHIS initiatives.
