The National Farm Workers Association was a labor organization founded in 1962 by Cesar Chavez, Dolores Huerta, and other farm worker leaders to advocate for improved wages, working conditions, and labor rights for agricultural workers in the United States. It later became part of the United Farm Workers union and played a central role in organizing farm laborers and advancing collective bargaining rights.
