The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) is a national trade association representing the structural pest control industry in the United States. Its mission is to support pest management professionals through advocacy, education, research, and the promotion of industry standards that protect public health, property, and the environment.
NPMA typically pursues legislative and regulatory policies related to pesticide regulation, public health and safety standards, environmental protection, workforce development, small business regulation, and licensing and certification requirements affecting the pest management industry.
Primarily funded through membership dues, industry partnerships, conferences, training programs, and event sponsorships.
