The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) is the U.S. trade association representing producers and suppliers in the ready‑mixed concrete industry. Its mission is to advance the use of ready‑mixed concrete through advocacy, technical standards, quality assurance and certification, training, safety programs, and research on sustainability and performance.
Advocacy for infrastructure investment and public works procurement, construction codes and standards, transportation and trucking regulations, environmental and regulatory compliance (including air, water and waste), sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives for construction materials, workforce development and training, tax and trade policies affecting building materials and manufacturing.
Primarily member dues from ready‑mixed concrete producers, cement and materials suppliers, equipment manufacturers and service providers, plus revenue from training/certification programs, publications, conferences and sponsorships.
State and regional ready‑mixed concrete associations and allied organizations, including industry groups such as the Portland Cement Association, American Concrete Institute and American Concrete Pavement Association, as well as major national and regional concrete producers and suppliers.
