The National Religious Campaign Against Torture (NRCAT) is an interfaith organization dedicated to ending torture and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment in U.S. policy, practice, and culture. Founded in 2006, NRCAT mobilizes religious communities across the United States to advocate for human rights, promote accountability, and ensure that U.S. detention and interrogation practices comply with domestic and international law.
