The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) is the national trade association representing consumer-owned electric cooperatives in the United States, advocating for and providing services to cooperatives that deliver electricity and related services to rural and suburban communities through advocacy, education, training, technical assistance, and cooperative programs.
