The National Whistleblower Center is a nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and supporting whistleblowers who expose corruption, fraud, and wrongdoing in government and the private sector. Its mission is to advance whistleblower rights through legal advocacy, policy reform, and public education to ensure individuals can safely report misconduct without retaliation.
Whistleblower protection laws, anti-retaliation statutes, corporate accountability, government transparency, financial fraud enforcement, environmental and public health whistleblower protections, and strengthening reward programs under statutes such as the False Claims Act and securities laws.
Primarily funded through individual donations, foundation grants, and charitable contributions.
