The Nevada Attorney General’s Office is the state’s chief legal office responsible for representing Nevada in civil and criminal matters, providing legal counsel to state agencies and constitutional officers, enforcing consumer protection and antitrust laws, leading public-safety and civil-rights enforcement, coordinating with local and federal law enforcement, and pursuing multistate litigation and settlements on behalf of Nevada. The office is led by Attorney General Aaron D. Ford.
