About the Organization

The New Mexico Farm and Livestock Bureau is a statewide agricultural advocacy organization that represents farmers, ranchers, and rural communities in New Mexico. Its mission is to promote and protect the agricultural industry, private property rights, and rural way of life through education, advocacy, and member services.

Policy Goals

Agricultural policy, water rights, land use regulation, taxation, environmental regulation, livestock and crop production issues, rural economic development, and property rights.

Funding

Membership dues, program revenues, and affiliated insurance services.

Affiliates

American Farm Bureau Federation and county-level Farm Bureau organizations throughout New Mexico.
