About the Organization

The Office of the Attorney General of Delaware is the state's chief legal office and law-enforcement arm, led by the elected Attorney General. The office represents the State and its agencies in civil litigation, enforces state criminal and civil laws, conducts consumer protection and fraud investigations, leads public-safety and victims' services programs, and provides legal advice to state officials and agencies.
