The Office of the Attorney General of Georgia is the state’s constitutional law office, led by the Attorney General, that provides legal representation and advice to state government and represents the State of Georgia in major civil and appellate matters. Its mission is to serve Georgians by carrying out the Attorney General’s constitutional and statutory duties with high-quality legal services.
