About the Organization

The Office of the Washington State Treasurer is a constitutionally established state executive office that manages the state's cash and investments, administers and issues state debt, provides banking and cash-management services to state agencies and local governments, and works to promote fiscal stability, prudent investment of public funds, and transparency in state financial operations.
