The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is a professional association for oncology nurses dedicated to advancing excellence in oncology nursing and improving quality cancer care. It supports nurses through education, practice resources, research, leadership development, and advocacy on behalf of people with cancer and the nursing profession.

Primarily funded by member dues, educational and professional development programs, publications, sponsorships/advertising, and related organizational revenue; it also has affiliated nonprofit support through the Oncology Nursing Foundation.
