Outdoor Alliance is a U.S.-based nonprofit coalition that unites human-powered outdoor recreation communities—hikers, climbers, paddlers, mountain bikers, surfers, and backcountry skiers—to protect and conserve public lands and waters and to defend access to human-powered outdoor experiences.
Public lands and waters protection; federal land-management funding and staffing (National Park Service, Forest Service, BLM); trail funding and stewardship; recreation access and equitable access to outdoor spaces; legislation to conserve landscapes and expand sustainable recreation (e.g., outdoor recreation funding and protection bills); climate resilience for public lands.
