Partners In Democracy is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization that advocates for “democracy renovation,” working primarily at the state level to strengthen voter participation, representative institutions, and civic infrastructure through an inclusive, research-informed 360° Standard for Healthy Democracy.
State-level democracy reform, voting access and turnout, civic education and engagement, redistricting and representative equity, campaign finance and transparency, institutional redesign to improve legislative effectiveness, inclusion of BIPOC and underrepresented communities, and election administration and anti-disinformation initiatives.
Primarily supported by philanthropic grants and individual donations, supplemented by programmatic fundraising and other nonprofit revenue.
