About the Organization

The Partnership for Public Service is a nonpartisan, Washington, D.C.–based nonprofit that works to improve the effectiveness of the U.S. federal government by strengthening the civil service, recruiting and developing public sector leaders, and promoting reforms that enhance government performance and accountability.

Policy Goals

Focuses on federal workforce modernization and civil service reform, recruitment and retention (including veterans and STEM hiring), leadership development, performance management, government digital transformation and technology, acquisition reform, and initiatives to increase government efficiency and accountability.
