Philadelphia Area Project on Occupational Safety and Health (PhilaPOSH) is a worker-safety advocacy organization founded in 1975 that provides information, education, technical assistance, and advocacy to prevent workplace injury, disease, and death.
Occupational safety and health, workers’ rights, injured workers’ protections, workplace hazard recognition and control, OSHA-related issues, workers’ compensation, and related labor and public health policies.
Primarily grassroots support and individual donations, supplemented by grants from public agencies and foundations.
