The Port of Seattle is a special purpose government entity created by the State of Washington to manage and operate critical public transportation and trade infrastructure, including Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), maritime cargo terminals, cruise facilities, fishing operations, and real estate assets. Its mission is to promote regional economic development, support international trade and travel, advance environmental sustainability, and create quality jobs for the Puget Sound region.
