Psychotherapy Action Network (PsiAN) is a U.S. national advocacy organization that promotes access to psychotherapy and defends the therapeutic relationship, clinical standards, and relationship-based, depth-oriented mental health care. It also pushes back against insurance practices, privatization, and automated or profit-driven substitutes for therapy.
Mental health policy, psychotherapy access and parity, insurance coverage and reimbursement, protection of clinical standards and licensure, opposition to privatization and automation in care delivery, and advocacy for relationship-based psychotherapy.
