About the Organization

Anna V. Eskamani is a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives, first elected in 2018 and representing central Orange County. A daughter of Iranian immigrant parents and a longtime nonprofit professional, she is a progressive lawmaker known for advocacy on health care access, public education, environmental protection, housing affordability, workers' economic security, LGBTQ equality, and funding for arts and cultural programs.
