The Retailers Association of Massachusetts (RAM) is a statewide trade association founded in 1918 that represents more than 4,000 retail stores and restaurants across the Commonwealth. It serves as the voice of the retail industry on Beacon Hill, providing legislative advocacy, regulatory guidance, educational programming, and cost-saving member services including health insurance and workers’ compensation cooperatives.
