The Rural & Agriculture Council of America (RACA) is a Montana-based consortium of mayors, county commissioners, ranchers, farmers, producers, small business owners, and rural leaders that advocates for policy and regulatory reform on behalf of rural and agricultural communities. The organization works to educate members, the public, and government officials at the federal, state, and local levels about issues affecting rural America and promotes grassroots advocacy campaigns in Washington, D.C. and nationwide.
