The Schizophrenia Policy Action Network (SPAN) is a U.S. advocacy organization focused on improving diagnosis, treatment, care, and support for people living with schizophrenia. It works to reduce barriers to care and promote policies that support recovery and dignity.

Mental health, schizophrenia and serious mental illness policy, access to treatment and care, insurance coverage, hospital capacity, research, disability and support services, and state and federal health policy
