Schizophrenia & Psychosis Action Alliance (S&PAA) is a U.S.-based nonprofit advocacy and support organization focused on improving care, support, and equity for people living with schizophrenia and psychosis spectrum disorders. It promotes education, peer-based support, research, and public policy change to reduce stigma and improve treatment and recovery.
Mental health and behavioral health policy; access to high-quality psychiatric care; crisis response and community-based treatment; research funding and treatment innovation; anti-stigma and disability rights advocacy; insurance and Medicaid coverage issues related to schizophrenia and psychosis care.
