About the Organization

SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management, is the world’s largest professional association for human resources professionals. It provides research, education, credentials, networking, and public policy advocacy focused on the workplace and the HR profession.

Policy Goals

Workplace and employment policy, including workforce development, labor and employment regulation, workplace flexibility and leave, workplace inclusion, immigration, health care, artificial intelligence in employment, and workplace governance.

Funding

Primarily membership dues, conference and education revenue, sponsorships, and related program service revenue; its philanthropic arm, the SHRM Foundation, also receives donations and grants.

Affiliates
