Description: The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council (SBE Council) is a Washington, D.C.-based advocacy, research and education organization that promotes policies to protect small businesses and encourage entrepreneurship. Founded in 1994, SBE Council conducts policy research, outreach, and lobbying on taxation, regulation, access to capital, trade, technology and other issues it says affect start-ups and small firms.
