Solve M.E. (the Solve ME/CFS Initiative) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing research and accelerating progress for people living with ME/CFS, Long Covid, and other infection-associated chronic conditions and illnesses. It works to improve diagnosis, treatment, and scientific understanding of these diseases.
Health research funding, biomedical research advocacy, increased federal research appropriations, patient access to diagnosis and treatment, and public awareness of post-infection chronic illnesses.
Primarily supported by donations from patients, family members, friends, and other private supporters, along with philanthropic and grant funding.
Collaborates with researchers, clinicians, policymakers, patient communities, and government agencies including the NIH and CDC; associated with the Long COVID Alliance.
