The Council of Student-Athletes (COSA) is the Mid-American Conference’s student-athlete advisory body, made up of current student-athletes from MAC-sponsored sports. It represents student-athlete perspectives within conference governance and advocates for the academic, athletic, and personal well-being of MAC athletes.
Student-athlete welfare, academic support, mental health, diversity and inclusion, name-image-likeness issues, conference governance, and policies affecting college athletics and student-athlete experience.
Supported through the Mid-American Conference and its member institutions; primarily funded by conference and institutional athletics resources.
