Suncoast NORML is the Tampa Bay / Suncoast chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). The group is a member-driven cannabis advocacy organization that organizes education, community events, policy campaigns and local lobbying to advance decriminalization, medical access and adult-use legalization in Florida.
Cannabis policy reform including medical marijuana access, adult-use legalization, decriminalization, expungement of marijuana convictions, regulatory and licensing frameworks for cannabis businesses, hemp/CBD policy and related criminal justice reforms.
Membership dues, individual donations, event ticket sales and sponsorships from local cannabis-related businesses and community partners.
