Type: Non-profit organization (membership-based, survivor-led) Policies: Advocates for survivor-centered workplace safety and anti-harassment reforms, corporate accountability, non‑carceral and transformative-justice approaches to addressing gender‑based violence, worker organizing and labor protections, access to community-based healing and mutual aid. Funding: Primarily individual donations, philanthropic grants and major gifts, program fees and fundraising, with some corporate sponsorships or partnerships for specific initiatives.
