Texas Gun Rights is a Texas-based grassroots gun rights advocacy organization that says it exists to protect and restore the Second Amendment for law-abiding Texans. It describes itself as a no-compromise movement focused on opposing gun control and defending firearms freedom.
Second Amendment and firearms policy, including opposition to gun control, licensing requirements, red-flag laws, gun confiscation measures, and other state and federal firearm restrictions; support for pro-gun legislation and gun-rights litigation and voter education.
Primarily funded by donations and memberships from gun-rights supporters, with additional support through its affiliated political and foundation entities.
