The Institute for Health Research & Policy at Whitman-Walker is the research, policy, advocacy, and education arm of Whitman-Walker, a Washington, D.C.-based community health organization. It advances health equity through person-centered health research, clinical trials, evidence-based policy solutions, and community engagement, with a focus on people facing barriers to good health, including LGBTQ+ communities and people living with HIV.
