Founded in 1883 as the National Florence Crittenton Mission and formerly known as The National Crittenton Foundation, the organization (now operating as Justice + Joy National Collaborative) is a national, youth-centered advocacy network that advances social, economic, and political justice for girls, young women, and gender‑expansive young people of color through policy advocacy, organizing, research, training, and technical assistance in partnership with local Crittenton agencies.
