A Washington, D.C.-based coalition that advocates for preserving and strengthening the current U.S. health care system, with a focus on employer-sponsored coverage, private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. It is best known for opposing Medicare for All, a public option, and other proposals for government-run health insurance.
