About the Organization

The Transnational Alliance to Combat Illicit Trade (TRACIT) is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit private-sector alliance that works to reduce the economic and social harms of illicit trade. It brings together businesses and industry stakeholders to strengthen government enforcement, improve supply-chain controls, and promote coordinated policy responses to counter counterfeiting, smuggling, and related criminal activity.

Anti-illicit trade policy; customs and border enforcement; intellectual property protection; anti-counterfeiting and anti-smuggling measures; supply-chain security; international trade and regulatory coordination; anti-corruption and transnational organized crime-related enforcement
