The House Committee on Appropriations Democrats is the Democratic minority side of the U.S. House Appropriations Committee, led by Ranking Member Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut. The committee is responsible for drafting annual federal spending bills and advocates for investments in families, communities, jobs, public safety, and long-term economic growth.
