The U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources is a standing committee of the U.S. House of Representatives that oversees legislation and oversight related to American energy production, mineral lands and mining, fisheries and wildlife, public lands, oceans, Native Americans, irrigation, reclamation, and related federal land and resource issues.
Natural resource management, public lands, energy and mineral development, fisheries and wildlife, water and reclamation, Native American and Alaska Native affairs, ocean and coastal issues, and federal oversight within its jurisdiction.
Funded through the U.S. House of Representatives and the federal legislative branch appropriations process.
