UFCW 3000 is a labor union representing more than 50,000 workers in grocery, retail, health care, meat packing, cannabis, and related industries across Washington state, northeast Oregon, and northern Idaho. Its mission is to build worker power and advance economic, political, and social justice in workplaces and communities.
Workers’ rights, collective bargaining, wages and benefits, workplace safety, health care, labor standards, organizing, and broader economic and social justice issues affecting working people.
Primarily funded by member dues and related union revenue.
Chartered member of UFCW International; leadership includes elected officers and a member-elected Executive Board. Publicly identified leaders include President Faye Guenther, Secretary-Treasurer Sean Embly, and Recorder Maria Milliron.
