The Utah Home Builders Association (UHBA), also known as the Home Builders Association of the State of Utah, is a statewide trade association founded in 1972 that represents residential construction and related industry professionals. UHBA serves as the umbrella organization for local home builders associations across Utah and advocates for policies that support housing affordability, responsible development, and the home building industry. Members include home builders, developers, remodelers, and industry suppliers.
