The Virginia Civic Engagement Table (VCET) is a Virginia-based nonprofit that convenes and strengthens a network of progressive civic organizations to protect voting rights, expand civic participation among historically marginalized communities, and develop grassroots leadership across the commonwealth.
Typically advances policies and campaigns related to voting rights and election protection, civic engagement and voter registration, racial and social justice, movement-building and leadership development, and progressive issue advocacy at the state and local level.
Primarily funded by philanthropic foundations and institutional grants, individual donations, program and training revenue, and regranting/partner support.
