Washington Policy Center is a Washington state–based, free‑market policy research organization that produces state-level analysis and recommendations intended to promote limited government, economic freedom, property rights, and government accountability across Washington.
Advocates market-oriented state policy on taxation and fiscal policy, regulatory reform, education (including school choice), healthcare, transportation and infrastructure, energy and environment (market-based approaches), labor and workforce issues, small business and land‑use policy, and government transparency and accountability.
Primarily funded by private donations, membership contributions, and foundation and business grants, including support from national conservative and free‑market philanthropic networks.
Affiliate of the State Policy Network; routinely collaborates with other state and national free‑market policy groups and business stakeholders in Washington state.
