The Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs (CHA) is a state government agency established to improve public policy and service delivery for Hispanic and Latino communities in Washington State. The Commission advises the Governor, Legislature, and state agencies on issues affecting these communities and works to ensure equitable access to government services, economic opportunities, education, healthcare, and civic participation.
